Experience the Ultimate Sound Quality
The Moondrop KATO Earphone is designed to deliver an exceptional listening experience. With its excellent frequency response curve, the KATO can highly restore the sound heard by the master when making recordings. Unlike ordinary “HiFi earphones,” the KATO can truly showcase the original timbre and position of musical instruments and vocals, providing you with a more open and natural listening experience.
Innovative and Modernist Design
The KATO adopts a modernist aesthetic design that combines light and shadow. This design element has been continued from the Kanas to the KXXS. Thanks to the brand-new MIM technology, almost all surfaces of the KATO feature a three-dimensional and rich layering, injecting a sense of light and shadow into the earphone.
Advanced Technology for Superior Performance
The KATO is equipped with a new independently developed 10mm ULT (Ultra-Linear-Technology) super-linear dynamic driver. This driver has been meticulously developed over two years and features a more efficient composite magnetic circuit with internal and external magnets, as well as a more linear air circulation structure. Additionally, it includes a larger brass internal acoustic cavity, a lighter extra-fine imported CCAW sound coil, and a high-frequency phase waveguide. These advanced technologies work together to deliver unparalleled sound quality.
Customizable Sound Nozzle Design
The KATO features a replaceable sound nozzle design, allowing users to easily replace the nozzle with a quick-release structure. The earphone comes with sound nozzles made of two different materials, steel and brass. By replacing the nozzle, users can not only experience different sound characteristics but also conveniently replace a blocked sound nozzle.
Enhanced High-Frequency Performance
The KATO is equipped with the newly self-designed and developed Spring Tips. These tips suppress weak resonance through a special diffusion structure, significantly lowering high-frequency linear distortion caused by nozzle resonance. This results in a more natural high-frequency timbre. The special material of the earplug tips cap provides a better fit to the ear canal without being sticky, and the special reinforcing rib support design prevents bass loss caused by sound leakage.
